I’ve been building Mimicly for the last 2 months battling with codex.
It’s a mockup editor for creating realistic chat, social, email, story, and game-style UI screens without rebuilding everything manually in Figma or any other ai agent.
The idea is pretty simple: pick a template, edit the visible details, then export something that looks like an actual app screen instead of a rough placeholder.
Right now it has:
- 50+ templates
- inline editing for names, messages, timestamps, avatars, story backgrounds, email fields, etc.
- mobile and desktop-style templates
- PNG/JPG export
- MP4/reveal-style exports on web
- Free and Pro templates
- iOS TestFlight build in progress
