Atrium

Atrium.earth began as a simple experiment: I wanted to see if I could put Michelangelo’s David on the web in 3D.

Once I got it working, I started wondering what else I could find. One sculpture became dozens, then hundreds, and eventually more than 1,000 works spanning cultures and thousands of years of history.

Along the way, AI helped me build the museum, research and organize the collection, develop exhibitions, and deliberately look beyond the Western canon. Most recently, Atrium gained AR/VR, allowing works with verified dimensions to be experienced at their real-world scale.

What started with David gradually became a free, immersive museum of sculpture.
